The Tring Anglers Junior Teach-in Feedback

Many thanks to Tring Anglers for your continued help and support. It was great to be able to take the pack out last night. Although the catch was poor the boys really seemed to get into it. For some it was their first experience and others learned the skill of patience. The boys get a lot from these events and we appreciate the opportunities that you and your team provide. Hopefully you may see some of these boys over the next few weeks on your Saturday Junior Section.

Please pass on our thanks to all the members who helped out last night. The time you give is appreciated by all the boys.

   I cannot speak highly enough of the Junior Teach-In sessions.

 They have been well organised and enthusiastically supervised.

 The venues have been good and the equipment available to the younger ones has enabled them to have success. Special thanks to Dave B, Tony, Dave G, John and Tony W for their efforts;

 They have the happy knack of making it great fun.

 In these days of "bored and indoor" youngsters these sessions are excellent.

 The brilliant prizes were greatly appreciated at the match.

I would like to say a big thank you for all your hard work on Saturday afternoons,

If anyone told me I would enjoy sitting on the banks of the Grand Union Canal sticking maggots on the end of a rod

 I'd have laughed at them (especially in the rain!!) but in fact i thoroughly enjoy it and if you cant beat em join em!!

Thomas has learnt such a lot from you and Tony over the past weeks I really appreciate the time you take to explain things.

The competition was great fun and so well organised we are looking forward to next year already.

 As we spend so much time in Amersham Outdoor sports I have asked Neil if he'll do bed and breakfast!

Thank you so much to you and your junior club organisers.

 We have had a fab time this summer learning about fishing and how relaxing it can be.

My husband hasn't fished for about 20 years but was always going to take the boys - Ha ha.

 After being told about your club, we have found and rediscovered a pass time which we all adore.

Aaron can't wait for Saturday afternoons and seems he has always got his nose in a fishing catalogue!!!!

It is lovely to see him enjoying the great outdoors and not sitting in front of the TV or computer.

The match last week was super and Aaron was so proud of his prize.

You have a great team of lads teaching the kids, its nice to see how they motivate and encourage them.
